Sack 'Em All

Right now in Sydney the Blame Game is even more popular than Rugby. Calls for Michael Foley's sacking are emanating from every rugby mouthpiece and most of the players seem in the firing line too. But the Waratahs' travails this season go much deeper than that, and fingers must be pointed at all those who deserve the finger. Responsibility begins at the bottom.

Waratahs Are So Yesterday - Bring On Scotland And Wales

The Waratahs are history (for 2012 at least). The Rebels are the number three team in Australian Rugby. Kurtley Beale is the true messiah and not a naughty boy. The Brumbies are the real thing and the Reds will make the finals. Now that reality has been faced let's move on.

Friday Night Rugby Returns to Sydney - And About Bloody Time

A welcome return to Friday nights for the Waratahs when they take on the Bulls. Sunday afternoons are fine if you're into behaving yourself and you like kids screaming in your ear and getting carried away with waving flags or banners in your face at inopportune moments.

Brumby Backline More Likely To Bang Than Burst

Only The Rolling Maul's Overrated vs Underrated system of measuring likely match results predicted the closeness of the Waratahs match vs the Rebels. At three tries a piece it was pretty spot on even if the actual scoreboard indicated a Tahs win that should have been much more comfortable than it was.

This week it's the Brumbies under the Maul's microscope as they're next in line for a Waratahs whooping. Or are they?

Genia Baulks, Cipriani Walks

Loyalty is dead, but it does make for great headlines.

Anyone who for a second believes that Will Genia gave up an extra $200,000 after singing a team song must be kidding themselves. For one thing, it probably doesn't exist.
